Categories

CAT1
Solo Cinemalomo

1.   Open to one lomographer only per entry.
2.   The filmmaker can use ANY type of 135 and 120 film they wish using any lomo camera they choose. See rules and regulations for further queries.
3.   The filmmaker has the right to use any editing software they wish.
4.   A maximum of 5 minute of lomographic film yumminess can only be submitted for the SOLO Cinemalomo

CAT2
GRUPO Cinemalomo

1.   Open to a minimum of 2 lomographers and a maximum of 6 lomographers per entry
2.   The filmmaker can use ANY type of 135 and 120 film they wish using any lomo camera they choose. See rules and regulations for further queries.
3.   The filmmaker has the right to use any editing software they wish.
4.   A minimum of 10 mins. And a maxiumum of 15 mins. lomographic film yumminess can only be submitted for the GRUPO Cinemalomo

Rules & Regulations

1. Only entries by Filipino Lomographers who have not yet directed more than 3 full-length commercial feature films will be accepted
2. Interested participants may submit a maximum of three entries.
3. The use of music videos as an execution is disallowed.
4. All works must be strictly independent works and not produced by commercial production companies.
5. All works must not have been exhibited commercially in any theater.
6. Only The LC-A, Fisheye Camera, Horizon Cameras, Colorsplash Camera, Oktomat, Actionsampler, Supersampler, Holga and Diana are allowed. The use of Lomographic cameras are strictly implied. No RF, TLR and SLRs  at all.
7. All entries must be in digital video format. One DVD and/or MPEG hi-rest must be submitted for screening and archival purposes.
8. For joint directorial efforts, the filmmakers must assign a
 single representative to act on their behalf. All official
 communications shall be addressed to the representative.
9. Lomomanila will ensure the safety of the films throughout the period in which the lomographic materials are in its custody. In case of loss or damage to the materials, the Festivals obligation is limited to compensating the production group only for the cost of replacing the damaged DVD.
10. Lomomanila reserves the right to show the films in official Lomomanila events and/or venues
11. The decision of the Board of Judges is final. The board reserves the right not to give any award in any category should no entry merit it.
